Hi my beautiful friends. I am so sorry for ditching you for so long. First the crazy wedding in Poland then my amazing holidays in Portugal. Cubbiful and I had lots of fun and she showed me around so many amazing places. I am going to be forever grateful for that <3 One of the highlights of my vacation was going to the beach. I absolutely love sunny days at the beach and today’s mani is my tribute to that. I have never made beach nails before, but I have seen so many beautiful designs this summer and I was inspired to make my own take on them.
I started off my mani with a beautiful nude base, which is Inocos Filigrana. Such a beautiful pinkish nude with quite good formula. I got this one while in Lisbon, because I couldn’t leave without trying a Portuguese nail polish. I am really happy I picked this one up, such a beauty. Once the base was dry I applied a pretty flakie top coat from Essence called Night In Vegas. As for the accent nail, the blue polish is Color Club Take Me To Your Chateau topped with many polishes to get this effect. I applied golden microglitter, sparkly glitter, etc. Just be inventive
Then I found some shiny rhinestones, golden caviar and applied those as well. The main star of my accent nail were the gorgeous golden sea shells. I got them from the Born Pretty Store and was planning to use them this summer, but until now I didn’t have any idea. The sea shells come in a little box and you get a mix of golden and silver ones that come in two sizes. For my mani I used the smaller one.
I love how shiny these little sea shells are and it was also really easy to apply them. I am always afraid that some of the studs are going to look too big for my nails. It was not the case with these, they were a perfect size, even for my short nails. If you fancy making beach nails you can get these studs at the Born Pretty Store. You can use my coupon code WRL91 for 10% discount on your entire order. Free international shipping!
What do you guys think of my beach nails? I hope you are liking them. Let me know in the comment section below.
I am slowly warming up to my old posting schedule, so hopefully we will see each other soon! Have a fabulous day.
